  2. Your CV indicating professional experience.
  3. A reference letter from a professional or academic contact.
  4. English proficiency proof for non-native speakers (TOEFL iBT 90, IELTS 6.5, Duolingo 120–125, or equivalent).
  5. A copy of your passport or ID card.
  6. A front-facing photograph in JPG or PNG format.
  7. €150 non-refundable Application Fee.

  STEP 2: DISC LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE 

  After applying, you’ll complete a short, gamified DISC Leadership Challenge. This helps us better understand your working style, communication preferences and leadership potential.

  STEP 3: INTERVIEW WITH THE ACADEMIC DIRECTOR 

  You’ll then be invited to a personal video interview with our Academic Director. During this conversation, you’ll discuss your academic background, motivation, and parts of your DISC results to ensure a strong academic fit.

  STEP 4: ADMINISTRATION FEE

  Once approved, you’ll be asked to pay the Administration Fee. This payment officially secures your place in the program.

  STEP 5: CALL WITH STUDENT SERVICES 

  You’ll have a call with our Student Services team to go through onboarding, housing support, visa guidance if applicable and everything you need to prepare for your arrival.

  STEP 6: ADMISSION LETTER & NEXT STEPS 

  You’ll receive your official Admission Letter along with any required documentation to finalize your enrollment and, if needed, start your visa process.
